Loops Above a Hand as Worldwide Bidirectional Symbol
Crazy spooky. Image A was on my previous post about Golden Fleece, and you might have thought I was crazy to say the hide was making a loop above the hand. (By the way, that post was widely shared and had thousands of views... thank-you. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1ECNLa1L2j/ ) So today's post shows loops above a hand, being a worldwide symbol.
Image B's loop also has a horizontal line, where the loop goes above a barrier, and then comes down. (same with image G) Image C is too rare, showing different texturing for the up and downward parts of the loop. I wish more did show that. I used to say that a loop was an upward outflow symbol, but I changed my mind. It's more bidirectional and therefore usable on the downward side. I was using logic of opposite polarities in the hands, like image D's opposite hand has a downward lion tail. Image E's opposite hand had a cup. Live and learn, adapt. Image F has interchanged an ankh for the loop in image E. That gives us evidence that the ankh is a bidirectional downward symbol.
Image G, has the snake going above the barrier, then looping down. The top of that loop has an animal using hindlegs and forelegs just like a "good shepard" carrying a ram over his shoulders (on my previous post). There is a container pouring water downward. These are great hints, surprisingly supportive, and from incredible Mesoamerica... so rich with knowledge. Image I uses a teapot narrow container as it's upward outflow symbol, and the loop is the bidirectional downward side. Image J has a Sol style upward flow symbol, opposite of the loop.
Image K, a Tyet from Egypt. It has the now familiar blue loop. The junction is both a barrier and a portal through the barrier. The red loops are like horizontal outflows that come down into our reality and then go back inward at the same place. Kindof weird but OK. The blue "loop" is the part that goes up into higher density and then comes back down to us. Now for spooky. Only a few years ago, searching for "Loop of Isis" would find many matches and those would often have a waistband with a loop above the knot. See Image L but it is actually on a Nephthys, (not Isis). Anyway, my search today found very few. Have timelines shifted removing that from history, correcting past mistakes? Hey, I have a collection of "folded cloth" making loop-backs. https://ca.pinterest.com/stevenbhalls/folded-cloth/
