Portals

One portal ring half overlapping a bigger torus circle.

Consider image A and B as representing a torus and the center subject, and image C and D are showing an added "portal" that is half-overlapping the outer wall barrier of the subject torus.

A portal is simply an inlet or outlet through the outer barrier around the torus, or the open end of a flux tube with flux coming out, that is also considered a portal.

KEYWORD DEFINITIONS: Barrier,

Two portal diagram. Ring portals half-overlapping the main torus circle.
A two-portal vertical torus using a bird as the flow path.

While a simplified two-portal layout serves as a basic conceptual model, an active physical torus has many flows and many portals.

The bird is serving as a flow path vertically through the torus, with a portal below the feet and a portal surrounding the head. This collection has a variety of two portal examples.

Four-portals diagram
A Four-portal torus symbol. Empty areas are deliberate for 'the void'.

The four-portal layout is the most frequently encountered. These portals are for inflow and outflow along the vertical flow path and the horizontal plane flow paths. It is simplified two-dimensional diagram. In three dimensions the torus has many horizontal portals as well as diagonal flows and portals.

More four-portal examples.

Six portal torus example
Eight portal torus example.

The six-portal layout is significantly less common. These typically have the vertical flow path and two diagonal paths forming an "X", which explains why "X" is very prevalent in symbolism. You may be surprised at sheer volume of X symbolism found in pictograms from around the world.

Conversely, the eight-portal layout is also very widespread, having the vertical and horizontal flow paths and the two two diagonal paths.

Explore six-portal examples. Analyze eight-portal examples.

A definitive method for identifying whether a symbol is serving as a portal, is to find it at one of these typical eight-portal locations or at the center of the horizontal plane.

There are hundreds of torus symbols and any of them can serve as a portal.

Ring Portals

A person as the vertical flow symbol
A person as the vertical flow symbol
  • The bottom portal ring has black dots, which are an outflow symbol, presumably going upward into the feet.
  • The top portal symbol is the halo around the head, and the head is also usually a portal symbol.
  • The cushion at waist level also indicates horizontal plane portals on each side.
  • Angel is an upward, going up to heaven, type of portal symbol.
  • Curved-beak bird is Luna equivalent, downward bidirectional portal.
  • Lion is an upward flow symbol. Bull is a downward divine portal symbol.
  • Keys in one hand are upward flow. That container with wide brim is a downward flow.

A person-symbol as the vertical flow symbol.
  • Ring portal symbols at the feet and head.
  • A ring portal at waist level is for horizontal plane flow.

Rings are the most common shape of a portal symbol. To maintain consistency, the term "ring" specifies a portal, while "circle" references the central subject. torus

The accompanying Egyptian image has a ring portal at the feet and another around the head. Although the outer oval barrier of the torus is omitted, the body of the person-symbol is considered to be the main subject torus. The body shows the vertical flow path, equivalent to using vortices.

  • Belts are also like headbands, marking a barrier and portal to next higher dimension.
Mesopotamian ring portal at the waist level
Waist with a ring portal symbol.
  • This kind of bird tail means upward flow.
  • Wings mark a barrier and the gap between wings is a portal.
  • A smaller ring portal symbol is held in one hand.
  • The curvy lines beside the tail mean inflow upward into that ring from side flows.

On the petroglyph, the waist of a person-symbol is the horizontal plane of that body-torus, and it is also a portal location. When there is a ring portal around the waist, it means that the lower body is in our-density-reality and the upper body is in a higher-density dimension.

The Mesopotamian image also has a ring portal at waist level, signalling that the upper half of that person-symbol is considered to be in a higher-density dimension.

When symbols resemble human shapes, mainstream typically assigns a deity name and a religion and/or mythology story. Memorizing those names and stories is how symbolism has been taught for millennia. It leads to a dead end where memorizing from one geography provides no help whatsoever for decoding symbols from elsewhere.

Half overlap and straddling are common ways that rings are visually labeled as portals. A person-symbol straddling a brim of a well is probably representing a flow through a portal crossing a dimension barrier.

Conversely, learning to decode pictograms as torus, portals, side flows, dimensions and flow attributes, creates a unified framework capable of decoding the entire world of symbolism.

Examine ring portals.

Wings Portals

Anything positioned directly between wings is a portal. This profound assertion is exceptionally powerful for for decoding symbols.

Wings serve as a barrier symbol; consequently, whatever is in the gap between those barrier wings is providing a portal through the barrier. A dedicated page for barriers provides the supporting evidence.

dragon reptile with wings
Dragon reptile with wings.
  • Wings are the barrier, the body is the portal, the neck is the upward flow path.
  • The neck and head do a "loop back" to turn to flow back downward, which means that divine high-density energy is coming back down to us.
cherub

  • A head-torus symbol serving as a portal, in the gap between wings.
angel
Angel head between wings
  • A head-torus symbol serving as a portal, in the gap between wings.
  • Wings are a barrier symbol.

These are surprising portal symbols: An angel, a cherub, a bird-body. A reptile-symbol with wings is not a dragon, it represents a flux path penetrating a barrier via a portal situated between those wings.

In the array of images below, the portals are found at the headband, the wheel, the red circle, the waist, the neck, the Sol portal, the horizontal plane of an hourglass symbol, halfway through the scarab beetle, and the waist level of the kneeling Egyptian person-symbol. Similarly, the circle torus symbol resembling the Templar symbol, the feet and top of a caduceus, the sphere and heart are also portal symbols, when they are labeled as portals by the presence of wings.

  • The snakehead had downward beard and leash, but it's an up that comes back down as a loop-back.

  • Bent legs and hindlegs mean upward flow toward the core.
  • Wavy hair like lions mane is a downward flow along those legs.
  • The waist portal is to a higher dimension. Above the waist, lack of clothing means flux tube walls have not yet formed in the higher density.
  • The upper arms have regained their barrier walls, but the bare arms are flux exiting the arm flux tube, then curling up and disappearing into the sphere portal symbols held in those hands.
  • The head-symbol has upward flow hair and downward horns. Eyes show horizontal outflow.
The neck can sometimes be marked as a portal

Half Portals

A portal typically straddles barriers, existing half within our local density reality and half within a higher dimension. Because the upper half remains outside our observational perspective and cannot be detected from our standpoint, half-circular portal symbols are quite common and diverse.

Half Head Portals

Applying the same dimensional logic as the half-circle symbols, half-heads operate as portal symbols where the upper portion remains entirely outside our visible dimension. Modern surrealist artists occasionally demonstrate a far deeper grasp of this symbolism than mainstream recognizes.

Recall that a portal torus must have "half overlap" the barrier of the main subject torus. When the head-symbol is serving as a portal, seeing a half head finally makes sense.

Opposite Polarity Portals

The most famous pair of portal names are Sol and Luna. They are opposite polarities.

What are opposite polarities?

North up or North down outflow directions

What direction is north pointing, up or down?

North is the outflow direction of a magnet. Polarity in symbolism also means the flow direction of magnetic energy is going up or down.

It truly is that simple.

Other supposed dualities such as masculine versus feminine, good versus evil, heavenly versus demonic, left or right-hand paths are nonsense.

Inflow or outflow are also considered opposite polarities

Inflow and Outflow are also considered opposite polarities in symbolism. This refers to the flow direction of magnetic energy, is it going into a torus, or going outward?

Most of the time, Outflow is associated with an Up meaning, and Inflow is associated with a Down meaning.

Horizontal flow being higher-density, barely interacts with the vertical magnetic energy flow that we are taught in school.

Standards on pictograms from at least 4000 years ago.

Symbolism pictograms are diagrams about the torus and its energy flows. They have followed certain standards for thousands of years.

  • North is pointing up. The north outflow of a torus is pointing toward top-center.
  • Energy "going up to heaven", to a higher-density reality, or to a co-located dimension is an up.
  • Energy coming to us in our reality from heaven, or from a co-located dimension is a down.

Even though magnetic energy flows in all possible directions, pictograms adopted this ancient standard and simplified the diagrams into two-dimensions to make teaching easier.

Up and Down are visual labels and have nothing to do with the direction of gravity pulling. Any flow symbol going downward is considered divine high-density magnetic energy that originated from a higher dimension. That's what the down label means.

Side Flows

Up and Down side flows are outside the main torus

There are magnetic energy flows outside of the subject torus and in three-dimensional thinking they go in every possible direction.

But symbolism diagrams/pictograms simplify it into Up and Down, which again is about energy that is exiting our reality or entering it. If you are following along with modern physics, the virtual photon and the virtual particle are words that have somewhat similar meaning. They entered and then exited our reality. But the energy discussed in symbolism is much more than just photons and particles.

Up and Down side flows using Sol and Luna side portals
Horizontal plane Inflow and outflow from- and to- side flows. Notice the placement of the Luna and Sol portals.
Vertical Up and Down (outflow and inflow) flows. Notice the placement of the Luna and Sol portals.
  • A Sol portal is an outflow portal and a going up kind of portal.
  • A Luna portal is an inflow and a flow coming down kind of portal.

Side flows outside the torus are usually travelling in flux tubes. The downward kind of flow is considered to be more divine, more higher-density, compared to the flow that is exiting outflowing and going up returning to a higher-density dimension.

Up and Down side flows. The down side with the Luna portal can be bidirectional.
The center flow path and the horizontal plane flows can be marked as bidirectional.
  • A further refinement; The "down" side portal, a Luna portal, is often bidirectional.
  • The top-center portal of a torus and the vertical flow path through the torus is bidirectional and the horizontal plane portals are bidirectional, at least on pictogram diagrams that are two-dimensional.

Bidirectional seems like two-portals in one spot.
Sometimes there are three-portals in one spot.

Portals with two circles
Portals with three circles

Notice that they aren't bothering to draw an outer barrier circle around the implied torus, they just put the portal symbols on the ends of the horizontal and vertical flow paths.

Portals with two circles
This is a two portal layout, bottom and top.
  • The brim of the bottom container is the bottom portal.
  • The caduceus is showing an upward center flow path, subdivided into 3 paths, one is straight and is upward. The curving snakes are the other paths, their direction is uncertain. One snake is probably up and the other down.
  • The head or neck between wings is the portal for the straight central flow. The little snakeheads have their own wings marking them also as portals.

In reality, portals and flux tubes only flow in one direction, so a Luna and a top-center portal are quite often implied to be actually two or even three portals grouped together.

Recapping what you now know, the bottom portal is the brim of the container, the top portal is the cherub neck between wings, the vertical center flow has a straight path and two helical paths (snakes) and they also have wings at the snakeheads, so the top actually has three portals, one big and two small.

Many horizontal plane portals

These carvings of tori have a vertical flow path with a big portal, and their horizontal plane flows have many portals. The crosses seen above are simplified two-dimensional diagrams.

It wasn't taught in our schools because our science couldn't detect those horizontal flows, but ancients were teaching it.

Stories are for Normies

Sol and Luna

Spikes of a Sol portal
Spikes of a Sol portal
Spikes of a Sol portal
  • Also the circle-dot outflow symbol near the word Sol.
  • The spiked crown is a center flow path upward portal symbol.
  • One hand holds a staff with a Sol on top, for upward side flow.
  • The other hands holds a bidirectional staff.
  • The lion is serving as a horizontal flow, it's head is outflow, and then going down.

Any symbol with this style of spikes is a type of "Sol" portal. Even though this seems like the sun is sending out rays, this type of portal is for upward magnetic energy flow that is returning to a higher-density dimension. Even the crown-symbol has those style of spikes and means that upward flow portal.

Deity names and mythological narratives for Helios, Sol Invictus, Zeus, and so many others, they carry a mostly forgotten meaning about the upward flow polarity and portal. Analyze Sol style heads and Luna and Sol

Luna
Crescent and moon shaped Luna have the same portal meaning, for downward divine energy flow.
  • Luna's head has no upward hint, but the curls of hair are a downward flow symbol, from headband level.
  • The staff/spear in her other hand is an upward flow sideflow symbol.
  • There are battlements at waist level, indicating where the horizontal plane is on this pictogram.
  • Her bent leg is inflow up to the core. The lobster tail also flows toward that foot.
  • Her straight leg is a downward flow from the core of the body-torus.
Luna and Sol
Sol and Luna are serving as side flow polarity symbols along the horizontal plane.
  • Arms (in symbolism) are flow connections from side flows into the horizontal plane of the main subject body-torus.
  • Furthermore, arms with clothing sleeves are flux tubes with walls, and hands are portals.
  • Luna labels one hand as the inflow portal and the Sol labels the other hand as the outflow of the horizontal flow through the core of the torus.
  • The plant branches also represent side flows. An open flower is generic portal symbol.
  • A lily is a downward/bidirectional divine energy flow symbol.

Any moon or crescent shaped symbol is functionally identical a Luna portal symbol, which for downward or bidirectional energy flow. A crescent can be a portal or used as an extra attribute label of an energy flow as higher density.

Deity names and stories exist for person-symbols having a moon-ish or crescent with them. Many example images are in these two collections: Crescent symbols and Luna and Sol.

  • The red circle is a portal symbol, often inflow.
  • The snake that goes up above that red circle portal and then comes back down is doing a "loop-back", bringing divine high-density energy back downward.
  • The flower with cones is an outflow symbol.
Fleur-de-lis has a big center upward outflow, and a mirror image smaller downward.
Flower with cones, (avoiding names like Lotus or Papyrus) is an upward outflow symbol.
A palmette is an upward outflow symbol.

Portals similar to Luna

Symbols of downward and bidirectional flow coming from a higher dimension

Bullhead bullhorns indicate divine high-density downward energy flow.
Even lacking horns a cowhead has a downward nose that indicates this flow direction.
Crozier is a portal symbol meaning downward, or bidirectional favoring downward.
Conche has an upward upper tip and a longer downward meaning, sometimes
textured like a downward elephant trunk.
Aquarius pouring downward. The container is the portal. The other arm goes up
and then comes down, making a loop-back.
Mace with staff downward.
Lotus and curve-top feather, these are downward flow symbols. Also bull horns.
Horus and all curved-beak-birds mean the bidirectional downward divine energy flow.
Horses and many animals making this curved loop-back neck pose, they mean the downward loop-back.
Bucket head is a downward label symbol. Cone head is it's opposite polarity. When bucket and cone
                                          are together, it means bidirectional.

Bullhead, crozier, conche, pouring downward, mace with downward staff, Lotus flower and curl-feathers, all curved beak birds including Horus, curved neck horse, bucket headgear.

There are many more downward divine polarity symbols that can be portals or flow attribute labels. Welcome to the club of re-discovery.

Relearning a new visual vocabulary to correctly interpret symbolism pictogram diagrams, knowing the topic is the torus, energy flows, higher dimensions and portals, will open a lot of doors. (pun)
