Day Two of the Diet Plan
Lunch on day 2, for example, is nothing but a cup of cottage cheese and some saltine crackers. Sauces, dressings, and even spices are off the menu. If you have a sweet tooth, however, you will be amazed to find vanilla ice cream on this diet every day.
What about Vegetarians and Vegans?

You can put some ice cubes in it as well, if you enjoy a colder, more slushier drink. Just be sure to blend those in well with the rest of the foods in the blender.

A short diet plan is the perfect way to detox and reset your whole body after eating or drinking or simply get a big boost of vitamins and antioxidants.
