Ditching the dukan diet? The essential here is to define special. Figure out what is extremely special and what’s not as special, and explain to yourself that you will only just eat on really special occasions and not caring about healthy ways on how to lose belly fat fast. For instance, if your work office buy cakes for someone’s birthday, then office birthdays perhaps aren’t that special as they happen so commonly.

Just admit that all of us do it, it is basically always delightful in the moment, but later, it can have not-so-sweet consequences (weight gain and stalker status, appropriately).

It seems like there is essentially always something in your office kitchen every single time you walk through, right? If that’s the case, you have to train yourself not to swipe whatever’s there just because it’s, well, there. One way to do that? Commit to when you snack. If you make a snacking schedule for yourself – like every single day at 11 am and 4 pm – then you will be able to prevent your co-worker’s candy jar at 3 pm.

“Danger time 3: Tough moments”

It is a possibility that at some time in your life, you have just eating your feelings; you’re only human. However, if you discover yourself doing that commonly, conversate with yourself before you munch. Many people eventually end up feeling a lot worse after they just eat away their feelings because they are frustrated with themselves for giving in.

Remember that just eating will not magically fix the negative emotions that you are feeling, and do something else to occupy yourself as well, like going for a run, calling your best friend and talk for hours, listen to music in the bath, deciding to do the dukan diet weight loss method to lose belly fat fast, or watch a movie – anything, seriously, to take your mind off the issue at hand.

Remember when you were young and your parents or babysitter used to tell you that you could have a cookie if you finished your supper or homework? They trained you that food should be viewed as a reward – when really, it’s sustenance.

Instead of just eating candy from the vending machine, reward yourself with something your body will actually thank you for. Buy yourself a new lip gloss, go get your nails done, get a massage, or take a workout or dance class. That way, you’re doing something that’s truly good for your body, not necessarily ‘rewarding’ yourself with something your body would be happy without.

We do not need to tell you how difficult it is to say NO to just eating dessert at dinner with your pals. You know this. But here is a way to make it a little bit more simple. Express your motives. Tell your family and friends ahead of time until the event that you are trying to just eat healthier to lose belly fat fast. Like joining the dukan diet weight loss meal plan is an awesome idea most of you should take into consideration. It is a lot easier to complete your goals once you have already put it out there because you are more responsible for your actions.

But often, you may be just thirsty – so try drinking a glass of water first. You might want to also try going for a walk around the block to gain energy.
