Same Diagram in Byzantine, Egypt and India

Same diagram in Byzantine iconography (image A), Egypt (image B) and India (image C). Side flow going up on one side, going above the portal into the next reality and then coming down to us on the other side, with changed attributes. The portal symbol of C is the sphere above the head, on B it is the brim of the container, but on image A, I am not sure.
