“Fidget is exercise while watching TV”

Scientists have proven that those who tend to fidget while watching TV or even just sitting down even at a restaurant or a movie theater, are great exercise fitness workouts and can burn up to 350 more calories a day. If you’re body is in motion of some sort, it is definitely burning some calories.

“Don’t be a lazy couch potato”

Exercise fitness workouts while watching TV is something that many, many people love to do. It makes time go by a lot faster, than when you work out looking out a window or facing a wall. If you’re going to turn on the tube, even if you are happy with your appearance, being a couch potato is harmful for your health – not just physical appearance. So don’t just sit there! Get fit while watching your favorite TV shows.


“Important: Don’t get bored!!”

If you watch the exact TV shows over and over and over, switch it up, along with your exercise fitness workout techniques as well. Make sure you do not get bored and more apt to stick to it for as long as possible. If you are bored of the treadmill, ditch it for something that absolutely, truly inspires you. Be in love with exercising while watching TV exclusively, and be responsible for your own excitement and enjoyment.
