For example, a clay body wrap recipe includes 1 cup of green clay, 1/4 cup of sea salt, 2 tbsp of olive oil, and 2 cups of water. Boil the water and sea salt together until the sea salt dissolves and then turn off the heat and add the remaining ingredients. Allow to cool and then rub the mixture all over your body.
