It’s called Blueberry Smoothie. I’ll give you five of the best recipes I’ve tried so far!



 
 


blueberry blast smoothie recipes

Smoothie Recipes 1. “The Blueberry Blast Smoothie”

All of these recipes serves only 1 person.
-1 cup of skim milk
-1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
-1 tbsp cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil (mufa)
Combine milk and blueberries in a blender, and blend for just 1 minute. Poor in into a glass and stir in the flaxseed oil.
The Nutrition per serving contains: 273 calories, 9 g pro, 29 g carbs, 4 g fiber, 24 g sugar, 14.5 g fat, 1.5 g sat fat, and 103 mg sodium

Vanilla blueberry smoothie recipes

Smoothie Recipes 2.“The Vanilla Yogurt & Blueberry Smoothie”

-1 cup skim or soy milk, whichever you prefer
-6 oz (80 calorie) vanilla yogurt
-1 cup fresh blueberries
-Handful of ice or 1 cup of frozen blueberries
-1 tbsp flaxseed oil
Combine milk, yogurt, fresh blueberries and ice (or frozen blueberries, whichever your heart desires) in a blender. Blend for 1 minute and poor into a glass, and lastly, stir in the tbsp of flaxseed oil.
Nutrition: 443 cal, 18 g pro, 63 g carb, 4 g fiber, 57 g sugar, 14.5 g fat, 1.5 g sat fat, 221 mg sodium.

-1 cup skim milk
-1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries
-2 tbsp cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil
Combine skim milk and strawberries in your blender. Blend, poor in glass, and stir in flaxseed oil.
Nutrition: 216 cal, 9 g pro, 26 g carb, 3 g fiber, 19 g sugar, 9.5 g fat, 1 g sat fat, and 106 mg sodium.

Smoothie Recipes 4.“The Pineapple Paradise Smoothie”

-1 cup skim milk
-4 oz canned pineapple tidbits in juice
-Handful of ice
-1 tbsp cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil
Place milk, canned pineapple in blender, add ice and mix for 1 minute. Transfer into a glass and stir in flaxseed oil.
Nutrition: 271 cal, 9 g pro, 30 g carb, 1 g fiber, 29 g sugar, 14 g fat, 1.5 g sat fat, 104 mg sodium.

-1 cup skim or soy milk
-6 oz (80 calorie) vanilla yogurt
-1 tsp apple pie spice
-1 med apple peeled and chopped
-2 tbsp cashew butter
-Handful of ice
Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, poor into a glass, and for a really fun way, eat with a spoon.
Nutrition: 482 calories, 19 g pro, 71 g carb, 5 g fiber, 57 g sugar, 16.5 g fat, 3.5 g sat fat, 300 mg sodium.
