“Here is a good idea”

It is always a good idea to keep track of your weight, but it is also very important to keep an eye out of your body fat percentage as well.. Although it does not technically measure your normal body fat percentage, I have created an easy way to get an idea of your body’s fatness. It is called the “Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator.” For most people, this equation provides an accurate result of the amount of body fat that they tend to have.

“What is normal
body fat percentage?”

Body fat perhaps, can be a complicated and emotional subject for thousands of people. It might be hard to calculate, tough to track, and plenty individuals are incorrect in their evaluations of what they assume their normal body fat percentage totals. In the most easiest configuration, body fat is the quantity of fat that is distinguished to everything else in your body. Men and woman will both carry dissimilar quantities of body fat percentage.

HERE IS A NOTE:
To quickly calculate your bmi, divide your weight in pounds, by your height squared in inches.

“How to calculate normal
body fat percentage”

Measuring your normal body fat percentage is a little bit more involved than using the BMI calculator, which is why it is more used. You could calculate your body fat percentage by using calipers, which are a clamp-like object that is used to take skinfold measurements wherever you want on your body. This type of method is not as accurate as many other body fat measuring tools. However, this is the much easier and most commonly used method.

Oh, those are what I use to calculate my normal body fat percentage. Why? Do you need to use it? It’ll work on you pretty good. I can teach you…

Hector Hector
No no, I am comfortable with my body at this moment. But maybe one day I might want to use them for grabbing newspaper on the opposite side of the table, or something.

I think that’s a photoshopped fake photo, otherwise, that guy injured himself with a burn so severe that he probably needs skin grafting.

20 years ago, people had more tolerance of sarcasm than today. Nowadays, it’s really really rude to use the word idiot.

David David
Totally agree, Moose. And ya, the fire lacks light and smoke.

“Body fat consists of essential body fat and storage fat”

Essential normal body fat percentage is currently in the bone marrow, nerve tissues, and organs (all membranes), and we cannot lose this fat without compromising physiological function. Storage fat, however, produces an energy reserve that assembles when excess energy is consumed and diminishes when more energy is expended than ingested.

Fundamental body fat is generally 3% of body mass for men, and 12% of body mass for women. Women are considered to have more essential normal body fat percentage than men because of childbearing and hormonal behaviors. In general, the result of normal body fat percentage (essential plus storage fat) is somewhere in between 12% and 15% for young men and between 25% and 28% for young women.
