I don’t really know that much about pool exercises for weight loss, but what I do know, is that by exercising in a pool amongst the hot months, you’ll prevent problems that can guide other outdoor summer workouts – heat exhaustion and dehydration are some examples. Although you still need to drink plenty of water, even during keeping cool in the pool.
