Aesop's Fox and Stork Read as Torus Flow Symbols
From Aesop's Fables, the Fox and the Stork, 1666 by Barlow, Francis. For image A and B, the stork's body is a side flow symbol, the fox is the opposite side flow, and the flask's round part is a torus and the narrow neck is it's North outflow, in the form of a connection tube. Where the neck flares open at the top, that brim represents the halfway point of a higher torus. Everything above that brim ( using an invisible horizontal barrier that is not shown on the images) is in higher density.
So the long-neck-bird's neck goes higher than the barrier, and then it loops back downward and becomes a downward flow into the center hollow part of the connection tube.
Here's a collection of long-neck-bird's doing various things with their necks and beaks. https://ca.pinterest.com/stevenbhalls/long-neck-bird/
Quite a few oval loop symbols do that, including the Ankh. Most oval loops can be taken initially as an outflow upward, but often there is a downward loop too, which is considered higher-density/etheric than the north outflow. See more loops https://ca.pinterest.com/stevenbhalls/loop-of-isis/ but keep in mind that some are just ring-portal symbols.
The Foxes of image A and B are doing forearm gestures, making connections in two places to the flask. You've seen these arm poses in many places: https://ca.pinterest.com/stevenbhalls/rampant/ and they are making "side loops", and symbolism seems to be teaching us about many different arrangements that flow can go into- or outof- the core, going to- or from- side flows.
Image D is using a "child" symbol, (the baby bird) where a small version of a symbol marks it as higher-density. Pelican in her Piety has more than one route of flow being taught, and you can find them in my first URL given on this post.
This concept of a higher-density flow going inward while an outflow is going outward at the same spot, was hard to figure out, but it was a breakthrough moment in understanding symbolism, to realize that it was about more than one kind of energy flow, which do not clash with each other. This collection came from that time, when I realized a North outflow going upward could also have a higher-density going inward at the same spot. https://ca.pinterest.com/stevenbhalls/inflow-from-an-outflow/ It will seem like diverse unrelated images to most people, but it has some nostalgia value for me. I subsequently learned that this goes on at horizontal plane flows too, and this taught me that there are also more than one kind of higher-density flows happening around us.
Anyway, it's fun to realize that in 1666, this book of fables was amusing symbolism for elite families to appreciate.
