Body and Head Tori as Energetic Portals

Things I notice about image A. The top of a body-torus is at shoulder/neck level, and there is a land/water interface at that level. There is a crossed-wrists symbol, and a cloth doing a shoulder cross-over leading to it. That's also on image B. People like to hunt for hidden geometry and math, but to me that's a dead end distraction. Leonardo knew symbolism quite well. Adding elements of symbolism to paintings by the masters was common, and is probably how they got wealthy patrons to make them famous.
