Head tilt, I'll never be able to prove this, a really lame idea to me while dreaming this morning. The "bent fish" of image F, is the bidirectional / downward flow fish-symbol, whereas the straight fish is straight upward flow. I wondered if the head tilt of images A, B and C might mean the same.

Images A to I linking head tilt to flow direction: a bent fish as a bidirectional downward symbol against a straight upward fish, loop-back horse head poses, a hunched-back pose, and bent-back and bull-head poses as downward flow.

Images D and E uses the loop-back horse head pose. If a human head tried to mimick those horse heads, it *might* look like B and C. Image G is shown because the curved back, hunched body pose means a downward flow. I think it's another variant of loop-back. Image H has a bent back and a downward bull head. Image I has a tilted head and uses a bull head, and also a downward arm. That's it. Nothing proved, I just wanted to get this idea put down on paper for now, and not completely forgotten. But if you want to laugh at formerly scary minotaurs, please do. The "narrative" is evaporating, thankfully.
