A two person pictogram is often about opposite polarities, image A. The fella holding the curved horn or broken tusk is the downward/bidirectional polarity, and the other guy with the hand up with straight fingers, is the upward outflow polarity. Although the taller fella has a cone hat, it also has a loop-back downward flow from the tip of the hat. Image D is a curved horn (rhyton) that has a really nice vortex on it's portal symbol.
