Owl Eyebrows and Noses as Portal Markers

Owl eyebrows and noses, using the concept that a head-torus is a portal, and a capital atop a column is also a similar portal to higher density. Flow directions are so confusing regarding noses and spirals, so here's my approach, using 4 pages. Page 1 is image A thru E, where the side flow hair is downward and it came from the top of the head, diverging outward. Contrast this with page 2. Page 2 is image F thru K, where the eyebrows make a "V" downward to the nose, giving the nose a downward flow. Flows converge to the top-center, unlike page 1.

Owl eyebrows and noses use the concept that a head-torus is a portal, and a capital atop a column is a similar portal to higher density. Owl faces are commonly used in top-center portal positions where bidirectional flow is expected, and page 4 shows T shaped eyebrows serving as the headband barrier.

Page 3 is showing some capitals. Image L's capital has an upward barrier penetration that looks like a leaf. Image O has both up and down flow directions in the center. Image P's goat nose is downward, but a piece has broken off the top of it's head. Image Q has an up-triangle nose and image S has a step-pyramid nose, both are upward flow markers. But R and S have the V eyebrows that seem to give a downward flow direction too. Image N if you look closely between the big circles, has a kind of upward phallic variant indicating an upward flow. The Corinthian helmet of image J is a downard flow at the center.

Owl faces have been really difficult to decode, but they commonly are used in top-center portal positions, where bidirectional flow is expected. Image K is just a surrealist having fun, knowing the loop-back aspect of goat horns and nose. Page 4 image T thru W is "T" shaped eyebrows and nose. With no clear clues, this is just assumptions, that the eyebrows are serving as the headband, the barrier to the higher density. The nose being straight (and not curvy) would default to meaning an upward flow. Summary. It's often impossible to guess the flow direction of curvy shapes on heads, whether hair or eyebrows. I hope the idea of equivalence to column capitals is helpful.
