Exaggerated upper teeth seems like a marker symbol to look at the upward bulge between the eyebrows. Maybe you were skeptical about my posts about theatre masks having upward or downward bulges between the eyebrows. Hopefully that skepticism is over, because these upward bulges are very clear. I started a new collection for these, https://ca.pinterest.com/stevenbhalls/upper-teeth/ and I will continue to add more, because other symbols of upward flow can also be found between the eyebrows, when exaggerated upper teeth are present. So if you set aside literal ways of thinking about these teeth and just treat them as a marker for studying various upward flow markers between the eyebrows, it's like free useful information waiting to be noticed. Start with my collection and keep clicking. The upward bulge can be interchanged with other upward symbols like up-triangles, cones, and crowns. Interchangeability is the evidence of similar meaning.

Exaggerated upper teeth are a marker pointing to the upward bulge between the eyebrows, which can be interchanged with up-triangles, cones and crowns as upward flow symbols, and the tongue with fire pointing upward into the mouth portal finally makes sense.

The tongue on image B finally makes sense. Usually tongues are outward downward flow, but this one has fire pointing upward into the mouth (portal).
