Why a mouse? It shows inflow direction. My previous post about image A gives you more background about the really cool Hieronymus Bosch art showing a torus, portal and flux tube. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1AJGzaw8Ba/ Image A gives me enough confidence to talk about my small mouse symbol collection. https://ca.pinterest.com/stevenbhalls/mouse/

A mouse in symbolism shows inflow direction. Image B has a shen, a portal ring symbol with a barrier line, at the bottom, with a mouse showing upward flow to a bent leg that is an inflow symbol toward the core. Image C has vines as flux tubes with a generally upward outflow while the mouse goes the opposite way as an inflow, and image D again shows the mouse marking inflow toward the bent leg and the body core.

Image B has a shen (portal ring symbol and a barrier line) at the bottom, a mouse showing upward flow to a bent leg, which is an inflow symbol toward the core. Image C shows the vines (representing flux tubes) showing a generally upward outflow direction and the mouse going in the opposite direction as an inflow. Image D also shows the mouse marking inflow direction toward the bent leg, which then inflows to the body core. "Mouse going up a leg".
