Third eye is not about the pineal gland. It's an outflow portal symbol. Image A is a downward flow, image B's vertical eye is on the central flow path of a head-torus-symbol, that vertical flow can be bidirectional.

The third eye is not about the pineal gland, it is an outflow portal symbol. Image A shows a downward flow, while the vertical eye on image B sits on the central flow path of a head torus symbol, which can be bidirectional. Image A again shows a flux tube expanding to its maximum before its contents spill and form many vortices, briefly placing the energy in our reality, and fruit, water or crystals are suggested as gentler ways to handle it.

Image A is again showing a flux tube that expands to its maximum and then it's contents spill and form many vortices, and in that region the energy is in our-reality briefly.

I'm not sure if being directly exposed to this energy is good for us, but when it is represented by fruit, that seems good, but it might be safer to let water or crystals to help rearrange it for us.
