Little Snakes as Outflows Above a Barrier
Little snakes as outflows above a barrier. In the context of image A, B and D, the little snakes are little energy outflows from the outer surface of a barrier.
The barrier can be around a torus, (or a flux tube), or a barrier can separate one dimension from another. The barrier of A, B and D is the purple-colorized little lines. Wings are also a barrier symbol, and B has wings in the purple zone. Image F also uses wings as the dimension barrier symbol.
The cones on image C are equivalent meaning to the little snakes and the fires on the outer surfaces of E and G. Image I has outflows around it's torus barrier and H is a closeup of the fate of outflowing energy. It expands and then gets wavy and then deflates and curls up and disappears.
The circle symbol above each little snake is a portal symbol. Each of those little energy outflows returns to the higher dimension. It's not as precise as the Khmer art, but same meaning.
These little things, once learned, help establish the context of the whole pictogram.
