The "flower-with-cones" symbol (setting aside Lotus/Papyrus names), it show energy expanding as exits a portal outlet (or exits the open end of a flux tube).

Above the flower at the center is higher-density / higher dimension / heaven / valhalla / Jannah. The symbols above the flower, head-symbol or whole person-symbols are divine / heavenly or equivalent words from other religions. The periphery of the expanding energy outflow typically shows its fate as curling up into eddy/vortices and disappearing. The world has a lot of different deity names and stories, but that is divisive and obscuring the important point, that these symbols are interchangable with the same basic meaning about a higher density dimension, separate but co-located with our own reality and energy flows back and forth amongst dimensions.
