Birds as Portals in Symbolism

Classification of Bird symbols.

Prerequisites: Be very familiar with Portals and Loop-backs. It is best to start at the Homepage. A major form of evidence comes from knowing the Up and Down pattern and seeing these birds on the down side.

The four categories of bird symbols:

  • Curved-beak-birds.
  • Long-neck-birds.
  • Wings extended birds.
  • Birds standing or sitting at the top.

Four introductory examples are displayed below. The curved-beak-bird on the far left and the adjacent long-neck-bird share closely aligned symbolic meanings. Both are primarily flow path symbols. Conversely, the final two images on the right are primarily portal symbols for upward flow.

Portals between wings were a topic in chapter 2, and naturally includes the body of birds between the extended wings serving as a portal. A brief review of these wings extended examples will provide a baseline before moving on to bird portal symbols where the wings are folded. People viewing symbolism might wonder, "Why is that bird just sitting there?" The detailed explanations supporting this introduction are found below.

A Curved-beak-bird is equivalent to other portals for downward divine high-density
energy flow, such as Luna, Crescent and many others. It is in the loop-back flow path
category where energy goes up into the higher-dimension and then curves and comes back
down into ours. This example has a bird eye surrounded by concentric rings, which is
one way to mean this is a torus, and a torus is what functions as a portal. Eye
portals tend to be outflows. The container above the head with an open brim, those tend to
be Cuphead symbols for downward flow. Therefore this symbol has bidirectional meaning.
Some long neck symbols simply go up as outflows, but usually the long neck
is used to show an energy flow path that goes up into the next dimension and then
curves to loop-back down. This example image has the brim of a container with
the bird beak going downward into it. That brim is the portal for energy to return
into our dimension. A narrow neck container pointing upward would normally be
an upward outflow symbol, and a dog nose and tongue are also pointing upward as a hint about
its flow direction, but the loop-back bird neck turns this into a bidirectional
symbol. This is from Aesop's Fable, a story that allows a symbol pictogram to
                             carry a hidden meaning.
The blue circle is a torus representing a higher dimension. Notice that
wings are aligned with the barrier surrounding that torus. The bird body is
the portal between wings and the long neck of this bird is the flow symbol
that has gone upward into this higher dimension. The fire at the portal
penetration spot of the bird body is also a portal symbol for upward flow. The
birds head has a crown, an upward flow portal to an even higher dimension, that
flow goes up to a Sol portal and there is also a Luna portal for flow coming back
down into the bird head. Above the blue circle is a cross symbol marking a downward
flow from top-center into that blue circle, so it has upward flow from the bottom bird
and downward from the top cross.
This bird is at the top-center portal of a sphere torus symbol. Even with
no wings extended, this bird represents a portal.

Hover over an image to read more details about it.

The image descriptions from hovering will be teaching about opposite polarity symbols. The curved-beak-birds are downward symbols and will have upward flow symbols on the opposite sides.

Remember that "upward" is a visual label of an energy flow that is returning to a higher dimension, and a "downward" flow can also be bidirectional and refers to energy originating in a higher-density dimension that is entering our dimension. It is not literal up or down.

Section II

Curved-Beak-Birds

Horus is easily recognized and has a famous name; however it is best to avoid names like Horus and Thoth because people immediately recall the stories and feel sufficiently satisfied to stop learning the hidden code. The hyphenated phrase "curved-beak-bird" is a better way to refer to these symbols, which have the same meaning worldwide and across millennia of time.

The head is often a portal symbol, and headgear often labels the attributes
of that portal. A person-symbol stands in the middle representing the central flow
path of a torus. A curved-beak-bird headgear labels the head-portal as bidirectional,
because the curved beak is a loop-back symbol. It means what the arms are showing,
a flow going up and then an outflow coming back down.
This Horus curved-beak-bird is wearing a hat that serves as a
bidirectional label, having a cone and a cup/bucket. The cone means upward flow and
the bucket means downward flow. There are other
bidirectional types of crowns/hat in Egypt, but it is very rare to find Horus
just wearing a conehead hat or straight feathers.
This Horus curved-beak-bird wears a more complicated headgear to
label it as a bidirectional head-portal symbol. Horizontal horns with
the undulating pleated path represents the barrier to a higher dimension.
There is an upward-flow cone and downward-flow feathers with curved tops. The
little snakes wear opposite polarity headgear, one is a conehead the other is a
bucket cuphead. In summary, this headgear has several bidirectional elements to
match the meaning of the curved beak as a loop-back symbol.
This headgear is a red circle portal symbol and a snake flow symbol
that goes up above the portal and then comes back down, the definition of
a loop-back. This is a bidirectional and especially downward flow attribute
marker, and it matches the meaning of the curved-beak-bird.

There are many symbolic curved-beak-birds and it is unimportant to assign an avian species name like hawk, eagle, falcon, peacock, or rooster. They are very interchangeable on pictograms.

In the Up and Down pattern, there is a cone pointing upward with an
upward hand. The other side has a downward hand and a peacock with a
curved beak and a head pose doing a loop back, which is considered a downward
                             bidirectional flow symbol.
Disguised as a falconry scene, it has opposite polarities on display.
This kind of shield is a downward flow symbol, the divine high-density energy flow.
There is a roundhead person-symbol and the bird is a curved-beak-bird falcon. The horse
head is doing a loop-back. The other side has a crown headgear meaning upward flow. The
bird with extended wings is showing an upward flow portal, the hand is pointing up. The
                             dogs noses are pointing up.
From Corinth, the body of the rooster has an upward cone shape, and
from it's curved beak there is a downward cone symbol. Naming the species
of flower bulb is unimportant, this rooster is showing up and down
                             bidirectional labeling.
The so-called four evangelists are all diagonal portal symbols; angel, eagle,
bull and lion. Lion and Bull are opposite polarities. Lion is an upward flow symbol and
Bull is a downward flow symbol. Angel and Eagle are opposite polarities; angel is
an upward flow symbol and Eagle is a curved-beak bird downward flow symbol.
Jupiter is the opposite polarity of Saturn. Jupiter is a bidirectional
symbol and Saturn is an upward flow symbol. Jupiter has a curved-beak-bird,
arms that go up and down, and holding a bidirectional flow symbol in one hand.
The alchemical symbols for Jupiter and Saturn are usually on the opposite sides
                             of pictograms.
The Horus-head curved-beak-bird is the downward bidirectional side-flow
symbol, also with a red circle portal above the head and a snake doing a loop-back
up and then back down. The opposite polarity is on the other side with a red cone
hat and upward arms, representing the upward side flow polarity. The center flow
goes through the offering table pedestal and the various symbols of both polarities
                             above the tabletop.
There is a person-symbol in the center flow position and two side flow
person-symbols. Anubis ears are what determines that he is an upward polarity symbol,
and Horus curved-beak, and the bidirectional headgear; cone and bucket, mark Horis as
the opposite polarity, bidirectional and downward.
A Romanized version of curved-beak-bird and dog with ears up,
representing opposite polarities on the side flow symbols, and the
person-symbol representing the center flow has a downward handbag and
                             an uncertain upward container.

All of the curved-beak-birds shown above carry completely different cultural stories to explain their presence. In the hidden code, they share a single meaning: high-density divine energy flowing downward into our dimension.

Section III

Long-Neck-Birds

Simple long-neck-birds have a neck that goes up to a portal symbol or to penetrate a dimension barrier. Remember to hover the mouse to see the description of each image in more detail.

A horizontal outflow from the bird body using a long-neck symbol
for the flow direction that curves to penetrate the upper barrier of the
                             rectangular torus symbol.
From an egg torus symbol, the long-neck is an upflow symbol going up.
The round container is the main torus symbol and it has a long-neck
representing the outflow that simply goes up. There is a ring on the neck near
the handle that represents the portal to the next higher dimension.
The long-neck is an upward flow into the Sol style of portal.
Another square torus symbol, with a long-neck outflow
that penetrates the upper barrier into the next dimension.
A modern sign designed by someone who knows symbolism. This
long-neck bird is an upward outflow into a Sol style portal.
Another modern artist using a long-neck-bird whose
upward outflow is penetrating above the green torus barrier.

These long necks are pointing upward, where " up" means energy returning to a higher-density dimension.

Loop-Back Long-Neck-Birds

The primary role of the long-neck in symbolism is to show a loop-back flow path, whereby an energy flow goes up into the next dimension and returns downward in an enhanced divine high-density state.

The "Pelican in her Piety" is a famous loop-back. The wings are the dimension barrier. The beak returns flow to the widest part of the bird body, which is the horizontal plane of the body-torus portal symbol. Blood is an outflow from that horizontal plane and is always a divine high-density energy symbol, and its role is to sustain the energy needs of life, matter and the pressures that make things move in the universe. Chicks dig it, and so do protons and galaxies.

The long-neck-bird has flow going up above the portal marked by wings, and
then loops-back down to inflow into the horizontal plane of the bird body.
An outflow of blood-symbol is a high-density outflow and it goes down which means
it is high-density energy to supply the needs of life.
A Mesoamerican verions of a long-neck-bird showing a loop-back.
A loop-back long-neck-bird can interchange for the water spout
at the top of a fountain. That water would do a loop-back.

More loop-backs using long necks, however, these begin as horizontal plane outflows that curve upward, meaning to flow into the next dimension, and then they complete the loop-back by coming down.

The back of the bird body has a concentric rings portal symbol. The
step-pyramid feet are an upward inflow symbol to the bird body core. The
neck begins as a horizontal outflow that does a loop back and returns
as a downward flow, making it a divine symbol about the return of
                             high-density energy.
Another example of horizontal outflow that does a loop-back
and returns downward, where down is a visual signal that the flow
                             is high-density divine energy.
This horizontal outflowing long-neck goes up, and returns as
a downward divine high-density flow but its path leads to an inflow
to the horizontal plane on the opposite side.

Thoth is a long-neck-bird symbol. The meaning is very similar to the curved-beak of Horus. The beak of Thoth usually has a downward curve at the distal tip. Thoth uses a scribe pen, which has a downward ink flow. Pens are always downward flow symbols, but if they have a straight feather above the hand, they become bidirectional symbols.

Compare this Thoth to the first Horus at the top of this page. Both are
doing up arms and then a downward flow. Their heads are interchangeable, the
Thoth and Horus birdheads mean the loop-back path that become bidirectional
                             downward divine energy flow.
Thoth using the pen as a downward flow symbol. His neck
begins as an upward outflow and it becomes a downward loop-back
                             at the distal beak.
A Horus curved-beak-bird can interchange for a Thoth head, and
still have a downward flow pen symbol, and a crescent portal symbol which
also means a portal for downward divine high-density flow.
Similar to Horus, the loop-back of Thoth is a downward flow symbol and
is the opposite polarity of an Anubis upward flow symbol.

Thoth being interchangeable with Horus for downward pouring and downward pen scribing, and both are opposite polarity of the upward polarity of Anubis.

Stories of Thoth and Horus. Throughout ancient Egypt, various recensions of the Book of the Dead demonstrate how deeply the standard narratives of Thoth and Horus were woven into the popular consciousness. There was also a hidden coded meaning known only to those elites who were taught it as initiates.

Decoding the hidden structure using the interchangeability of certain symbols and the knowledge of opposite polarities on side flow symbols allows the deeper meaning of interdimensional energy cycling to become fully observable to the modern researcher.

Section IV

Wings-Extended Birds are always portals

This is a foundational rule for decoding: any bird depicted with wings extended on a pictogram functions as a portal symbol.

Upward flow bird portals

The wings are aligned with the cloud barrier to the next higher dimension. The
fire is a bottom portal bringing flow into the bird tail and legs. The upward flow continues
through the bird body and upward into the higher dimension via the bird neck and head.
This Minoan example is very ancient. The wings style is a form of
barrier symbol style. The bird body is the portal and the bird head is the
flow continuing upward into the higher dimension.

The phoenix has wings aligned with the cloud barrier to the next dimension. The fire is the bottom portal where flow enters the bird tail and legs. The bird head is the penetrating energy entering the next dimension.

The Minoan gemstone uses a very ancient style of barrier symbol for the wings, and the bird head is the upward penetration into the higher dimension.

An upward flow bird portal symbol with the ancient wings barrier style.

Two more examples of using the ancient style of little lines for a barrier symbol of wings, and one example from predynastic Naqada II artifact with a boat and also has pleated waves barrier beneath it. The boat is a symbol and everything above the boat deck is in the higher dimension. Additional examples of this barrier style are found in this little lines Pinterest collection.

An Akkadian cylinder seal showing a double-headed eagle as an
upward portal to a higher dimension.
The bird neck is the portal flow penetrating upward above the wings barrier and
then the bird head does a loop-back and its beak is pointing to another portal symbol
on the bulge of that wing.

The Akkadian cylinder seal utilizes double curved-beak-birds as the outflow symbol upward into the next dimension.

This is a single bird head showing the loop-back curve flow path that points to a portal symbol on the bulge of the wing, which is where the downward divine flow returns to our dimension.

Double-headed eagles function like the fluid dynamics at the apex
of a fountain, serving as an upward outflow symbol for the magnetic
                             torus energy structure.
The curved-beak-bird heads diagram loop-backs into portals on
the bulge of the wings, allowing their downward flow to penetrate
                             through the wing barrier.

These double-headed eagles, curved-beak-birds, showing the same loop-back flow paths, and slightly different styles for the portal symbols on the mound of each wing. It is a hidden and long forgotten code for the cycles of energy flow between dimensions. Further examples of portal markings on the upper mounds of wings are found in this collection.

Downward flow bird portals

The bird is the portal symbol, the downward flow of energy below its beak is
penetrating through the checkerboard barrier symbol.
The downward flow of the bird neck is penetrating the circular torus barrier.
An example from Mesoamerica, the bird is a portal symbol and this one is
                             showing downward flow.
The downward flow of divine high-density energy into a head-torus.
The liquid pouring down means the same thing.
The circle that half overlaps the head-torus and the boundary of
the red circle is a portal and the downward flow of divine high-density
energy is shown by the direction of the bird head.
The two diverging reptiles are showing an outflow, and the bird portal
is showing a downward flow to the center of the outflow. There is both an
outflow and an inflow in that center flow path. The reptile necks are
flux tubes and notice the little outflows on the outer curve but not the
inner surface of the curved tube. Crowds of people generally indicate
the high density in the horizontal plane. Their arms are showing inward
flow toward the core and then upward.
Annunciation layouts usually have two person-symbols with
the same face, and they represent opposite polarities. The praying
upward hands are the upward flow polarity side, and the other
person-symbol has wings indicating they are a portal. Lilies are
a downward flow symbol into one hand, and the other hand is showing
upward flow, so this so-called angel is the bidirectional side polarity.
The bird is also a portal showing downward flow direction, and perhaps
that goes to the lilies and the head portal of praying Mary.

The downward flow direction through these bird portals is quite easy to understand at this point. Some subtleties to notice are: the African example uses a checkboard style for the barrier between dimensions and a very cool snake flux tube carrying the energy flow.

The lower middle image with diverging reptile outflow flux tubes, shows the birds downward flow entering at the center. This was a big secret kept from the general population that a magnetic north outflow could have a high density inflow at the center.

Section V

Birds at the top

The first group of birds below features explicit portal markings on their bodies including half-portal and full circular portal symbols. Concentric rings and spiral patterns function as direct schematics of a torus structure, which serves as a portal when straddling a barrier.

The step pyramid is a bottom inflow upward flow symbol. The curved half loops
show where the main torus is located and the bird is a top-center portal above that torus.
The vertical upward-flow path is explicitly
delineated here, featuring a distinct spiral-portal symbol mapped
                             directly onto the bird body.
The portal symbol is positioned on the bird's back. Saddles on horses
and elephants have the same portal meaning in symbolism.
The portal symbols is the container outflow above the bird body,
                             especially the brim. The
wing mounds also have spiral portal markings.

Most birds used in symbolism lack these explicit markings but they function as portals nonetheless. It is rare for a bird to be used as a bottom portal although Leda, Shiva and Jupiter are examples.

The bird is the bottom portal, the neck shows upward flow into the child-symbol
and child-symbols are small and used as a way to label higher-density dimension or flow.
Shiva on Garuda, where everything above the bird body and the clouds ring is
                             in the higher dimension.
Jupiter is above the bird portal and above clouds and therefore in the higher dimension.
The cloth is a hint about the loop-back flow path of energy. The curve of the bird neck and
its curved beak are other clues about the loop-back meaning.

It is rare for a bird to be a bottom portal but these are examples. Above the bird and the clouds is considered to be in the higher dimension.

This series illustrates birds serving as top-portals positioned above vertical, elongated outflow symbols. These include the elongated spout representing a flux-tube from the bottom container-torus, a crow's nest above a center-flow mast symbol, and an arrangement where a column-symbol has been interchanged for a ship's mast.

The narrow stem is an outflow from the round bottom torus, long enough to be
a flux tube making a long connection to a different torus. The brim is considered
the portal, or open end of the flux tube and the bird is an extra label that it is
                             a portal.
The crow's nest is the portal through the pleated barrier. The wheel is
also there to be a portal symbol, connecting to a foot. Ships can be symbol
pictograms using the main mast as the vertical central flow path and two
side flow masts. The curved sail is a downward flow symbol.
A rooster with curved beak gives this top-center portal symbol a bidirectional label
                             for the center flow path.
The sword is an upward side-flow symbol and the cross is a downward flow symbol.

In summary, the default decoding of the presence of a bird on a pictogram is to assume it is on a portal as a label or serving as the portal.

Another crow's nest with a bird at that position to label
the crow's nest as a portal.
The head is usually a portal symbol for a body-torus and the bird
is the label confirming the head is a portal.
The sphere is a torus and the bird is showing that it has a
                             top-center portal.
The barrier between dimensions is the horizontal bar. The head is a portal
to traverse that bar and the bird atop the head is an extra label meaning that
the head is a portal symbol.
