There also may be something in those sweetened drinks that’s triggering your entire body to release more poop.
You might also think about adding complete whole grains, such as barley, millet, etc. They will help you balance out your body as well, and return it to a regular schedule. They also provide you with great complex carbohydrates. But what’s most important is to never forget to eliminate all sodas and gatorades from your raw vegan diets journey.
